I have question about Road Hazzard warranty.
I have a lot of experience with Discount Tire road hazzard warranty. Very simple and in 1 case worth the money.
Tire Rack on the other hand, makes me a little nervous. It appears to be a reimbursement program that requires prior authorization.

What has been your experience, if you have the Tire Rack road hazzard?

I am soon to purchase tires and have found what I like, but at Discount the prices (including the warranty) is about $150 more than Tire Rack (without warranty). I f I add the warranty at Tire Rack, the tires are still cheaper.

Being able to replace an 18" tire can be very expensive, especially if the tire you have are NOT in stock.
At Discount it will not cost me anything, except time versus Tire Rack (time and $$$).

 

Sorry I have no experience with Tire Rack. I like Abbid's suggestion on getting Discount to price match for you. Good luck!

I will give that a try.

I was going to try another tire rotation, but if I am able to go to 8stock, I would very much like to have new tires.

Call Costco too and get a price. Discount Tire will price match even if you're not a member.

 

Abbid and Boxcar are both right. Discount will honor others prices. Also, sometimes diffrent Discount stores will give better prices than other Discount stores. I.E the one in chandler saved me $200 compared to the one in Surprise. long drive but worth the $200.
Also, the Arrowhead Discount Tire has the roadForce Tire balancer and the 86th and Grand store has the Sonar balancer. most of the others just have the regular balancer.
