Printout of recall to take to dealer?

As I posted in another thread, I took my 8 to the dealer yesterday because they called me about the excessive heat/fuel tank recall. When they went to install the recall parts they found my fuel tank had melted So they gave me a loaner car and sent me on my way till they get all the parts they need to replace the tank. My question here is : Does anyone have something I can print out that says what all the dealer should be doing under this recall? What parts to replace, ect. I've seen another thread on this but, other than discussion among forum members, I haven't been able to find anything I can print out that is issued by Mazda so the dealer knows that I know what should be done. Just want to be prepared when I go pick-up the car

Your service rep should print out the recall and he should attach it to the work order.. So the tech knows the steps... easy at that.
