Emissions Question

I live in Atlanta, Georgia and i was wondering if i could pass emissions and such if i install the Greddy turbo kit on my RX-8. i was also wondering if there is any other legal information i needed to know. Thanks.

I didn't know Georgia had emissions requirements...

If they do, a Greddy Turbo wouldn't pass, just like pulling your cat wouldn't pass.

does anyone know what is a better intake ingen short ram intake or a hks suction intake for my rx8 and how much hp do they give

You probably won't see a hp increase. The stock system is a cold air intake system and works quite well.

^ Concur. The stock is quite good. I did remove my VFAD, mate a Racing Beat Ram air duct and a K&N flat filter.

I did the same thing, with the exception of using a Green Filter instead of the K&N. Plus, the "Air Box Mod". that can be found on this site. I cut up the VFAD to create a tight fit between the RB duct and the air box.
