i have the factory wing on my 8 but would like to get the MS wing, will the MS wing cover any holes or markings left from the original spoiler wing, or do i need paint and body work done?

 

don't worry about that,because the MS Wing will cover it for you

 

Yes the MS wing will cover the old holes but you will have to plug one of the holes with some type of silicone so water won't leak into your trunk, and when i had my ms spoiler installed i had to touch up the trunk lid because the old spoiler left some light scratches on the trunk that the base of the ms spoiler didnt cover up.
