I had an appt. there and had my buddy follow me down from work. I couldn't get anybody to help me after waiting for 15-20 minutes. After that I said screw it and left. I don't think I'll be going back there for anything.

I'll retract that statement. I went in on a Saturday without an appt for the recalls, a CEL, a rattle, and the headlight film. They took the car, gave me a rental, handled all of my issues without question, and kept me informed. They didn't say a word about my RB exhaust either.

Positive to IRVINE mazda.

Been there a few times to have some minor things checked.

The service is pretty good, they were quick to get me a decent rental, and they even replacec my MS wing under warranty! (it wasn't fitting completely flush so they ordered a new one for me)

I'll probably keep going there...

Wow, I had a great experience buying mine there. I already knew exactly how I wanted mine, looked online, saw inventory, irvine had what I wanted. I called and asked "do you still have (gave vin #) on your lot" when I got a yes I asked them if they would sell it to me for invoice plus give me the 1k off if I used their financing.

They said yes, I went down, got it for 1k under invoice and it only took about an hour.

I won't be going that far for service though.

I only bought my car at Irvine but I will not go there for service. I go to Romero, the same place where we bought our protege5. As far as customer service and friendlyness neither seemed overly great but more satifictory, I noticed a lot of people buy from Irvine, any comments with regards to Romero in Ontario or Clarimont mazda?
