Ok, here's thte story, I got this pool table thinking I might master playing pool and look good while playing at Jillians . Turns out I measure a little too short and have no room playing pool. I played it at the most, 3 times. It's taking up too much room in my basement and I still suck at pool. I however, turned the pool table into a "Texas Hold em'" poker table. To which I might point out that I have been losing at least 150 bucks every week for 8 months now. Now there's friends of friends of friends that randomly come over every Friday and Saturday to use my house as a personal after hours bar. Who ARE these people?? Sad part is they are actually are taking my money in my own house. I suck at pool and I suck at gambling to say the least. I even tried to a donate it to the Boys club of Southie but they already have a table. Quincy YMCA wouldn't even take it. I figure I should give to some people for rx8club and buy some weights and get back in shape or something.

Here's the skinny on the table:
-Original brought from Walmart $350
-7ft.
-3 Cues
-Has all the *****
-I don't know where the chalk is but could be in one of the holes
-Makes perfect Poker Table for 10 people
-Fabric so new that Red Wine can be wiped off with tissue, hence the clear stuff on the fabric haven't been worned at all (kinda like still having the little rubber spikes on new tires I guess) {would demonstrate, bring wine}

I'd gladly take it off your hands smoke as I'm right down the street from you. However I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and don't have anywhere to put it. Maybe I could put it in the backyard like on the Drew Carey Show. But I live in the Dot and someone would probably steal it if I did that.

Yes, the legs fold. So you could probaly put it behind a RAV4. And it'll be perfect for a backyard. Trash day is Tuesday. If nobody gets here by then I'm thrashing it.

Have you tried talking to your local Good Will store or Salvation Army? They both give receipts for tax returns, too. I've donated all sorts of stuff, mostly computers but some office furniture as well as home furniture.

 

I was actually thinking about that but why would they actually need a pool table. I'm going to take pictures tonight. Some poeple think that I not serious about this. I think when I take the pics, somebody WILL take it.

 

Keep your eye on the NE Forum. A couple of us went to a track day this past Monday. There is another Track Day on 8/29 that I will be posting information about soon. There will be a run from Manchester, NH to Hillsboro, NH to Widefoot Racing sometime towards the end of this month I believe.

If there is enough interest I was thinking of organizing a run to Newport, RI or something like that. Stay tuned....
