I'm lookking for pics of a black rx8 with just the mazdaspeed front, not the sides, factory app. or mudflap sides are fine though, and stock wheels too if I had my choice. I think thats picky enough so I'll see what you guys can come up with...

 

I would suggest trying the "Calling all Mazdaspeed" thread.....you may find something in there.

 

I tried that thread when I searched, anybody got anything? any color for that matter...

May I suggest the link above. I know it is cartoon style and in japanese, but you can go to add all the things that you can from Mazda Options and MazdaSpeed

 

Wish I would have taken pictures during the install, since I had all the apearance package items on the car originally...and could have taken the exact pic you are looking for. Given that I don't have pics, maybe my opinions of how things looked during the install would be helpful.

I attached the MS wing first...since it was shipped first and I was too anxious to wait for all parts to arrive to start the install. I removed the stock wing and replaced it with the MS wing. I loved the Wing...but it didn't look right with the other appearance parts (front lip..aero flares...rear flares)...The MS parts are very angular...while the apearance package items are very rounded. It didn't look right.

After adding the MS front bumper..it began to look much better...with the only negative, the lines of the front bumper didn't line up with anything. It looked as if I only bought a bumper...the other pieces seemed to wash away into the paint...you barely noticed that there were pieces at all. It looked incomplete. Putting the sides on finished the deal for me. It was complete.

Now I've seen some who have retained there aeros and rear flares.and it looks alright. I've also seen the entire kit and it is what I would prefer. I just couldn't afford another 800 dollars at the time I purchased the rest of the kit....so I retained my rear flares while I awaited additional funds for the rear bumper. Just my 2 pennies.

I agree that it doesn't look complete. If you get the front you need the MS sides at least.

 

and those pics are deceptive because of the black color, as well as the Tein Lowering. You can get away with a lot with black..more so than lighter colors. I think the lack of "complete"-ness would be more obvious at the stock ride height.
