The RX-8 is Faster Than The Enzo
I was driving on I-93 in southern NH and saw this coming up in my rear view 
. I guess he was headed the same way I was so I got to follow him for about half an hour. He didn't really exceed 100 mph most of the time. Almost all traffic got out of it's way as if it were an ambulance. It was really great being able to follow him although it was pretty difficult to keep up. A debadged 5 series BMW and a Mustang (shown in one of the pics) tried to keep up but both got caught up in traffic fell behind pretty quickly.
I took these photos with my phone when we both slowed down. I'm pretty happy with how they came out seeing as I took them one handed without looking at the phone.
I tried to see if the guy wanted to play around but he didn't seem too interested. I wouldn't say that I wanted him to "race" as don't think it would have been a "race." Apparently he was content weaving through traffic at 95 mph. On one straight with very little traffic I passed him to get a better look.
The way I see it, if I passed an Enzo, that pretty conclusively proves the RX-8 is the faster car :p . It may be true that he didn't downshift. It may also be true that he didn't even get on the throttle. It may also be true that he at some point got stuck behind a big truck. Still, I think we both knew who was driving the faster car

Damn nice pics... I've tried to take pics of nice cars ive seen on the road, but they never come out. Now I've got a 2mp camera in my cell phone (Samsung A800) so hopefully that won't be a problem any more :D

Checking out.. and then thinking... Dang my car is so nice and expensive, I could buy an entire fleet of Mazda RX-8s with my car and still have money to modify all of them AND still have money leftover for a house, A Ferrari, and some crack.

I've seen one down here before in a club area. I think every damn person on the street turned their head as it drove by. Too bad the ****** behind the wheel of those things are usually ********.
Then again, I'd probably be too.
But they better look out for those VW Golf R32s that reach 60 in 3.2 seconds.
I think I'd actually pay to see a Golf HPA R32 destroy an Enzo.
Then again, I'd probably be too.

HPA's stage3(or whatever their top tune for the R32 is) is rediculously fast and would whipe an enzo, and just think its just a little volkswagen golf :P.

i was going to school(i go to school in the Brentwood area of Los Angeles, California) going down a medium sized street that generally has a decent traffic flow, and up ahead i see a bright red ferrari, i thought "hmm the F430 is already out?" so i pull up harder to take a look at the beauty which i was drooling over at the LA auto show earlier in the year and as i approach it, i notice it is no regular ferrari, its an ENZO!!!!11111111111111111. so i drive by it in astonishment that someone actually has the gonads/is stupid enough to drive a 1.6 million dollar car on the street(my eyes completely off the road) and get on my way.
