Question MS Kit question

I have seen some cars with only the ms skirts, and the appearance front and rear. I kinda like this look save the grey strip on the skirts that isn't shared by the front air damn. I have not seen the MS kit in the flesh, but am wondering what this grey stip is and if it could be reproduced on the bottom of the appearance package front. Is it molded into the skirts, or somehow attached? What would your ideas be for reproducing this look on the front airdam? how do you think it would look?

thanks.

The grey strip on the lower section of the front bumper, side skirts and rear lower bumper section is moulded into these MS items.Just think of it as a two tone paint job !

By painting the airdam on the OEM appearance package a charcoal grey similar to the MS grey, I don't think you'll get the effect you're looking for. Imagine what some 8's look like when they don't have the air dam... the dark black line underneath...

but the best part is the front bumper!

aren't there indentions on the msped kit for these lips? in other words, you'd have to add some kind of bodywork on the stock pieces

The "lips" are already molded on the MS kit and cannot be taken off. They're not an option either.
