Wire mesh question

Tried searching but unable to find an old thread on workshop doing the wire mesh to protect the oil cooler.

Remembered a fellow bro mentioned somewhere on Telok Kurau. Can anyone help?

Kum Sia.

actually most work shop can do it. Its fairly simple. I've got the grilles, wanted to do a DIY, but just couldn't find time to get it done....

you can try Mcwell, or Lye design... most who do body works can do the grilles too...

Good memory bro, that discussion was back in October I think Neon first mentioned the place, called Y2K, but after I went there to get the mesh, found the shop closed down. The follow up discussion mentioned Lye...if interested in going this Saturday, I'll meet ya there!

EBS, did you managed to get the wire mesh done? How much? When i send my car for first servicing, the mechanic tried to sell me their in house wire mesh for S$150. Is that too ex? Comes in only black colour but i was worried the smaller holes will restrict the airflow into the radiator. Will this be a problem???
