Howdy folks. Just found this site today, picked up a '05 Ti Grey earlier this week. Looks like a good bunch of folks on here. Missed the meet in Princeton by a day and I was out driving around too, only live 15 mins away. Maybe next time, but if the weather's too nice I'll probably be on my bike instead. :D

check out www.rx8tristateclub. There you will find information about future meets etc. It's a great club with awesome people. There is a meet coming up on June 4th that from what I heard is a great time and another in July.

I'm right abouts just outside of New Brunswick actually, Franklin Twp. to be exact. I know a lot of motorcyclists in the northeast but haven't met anyone with a RX-8 except for one of my riding buddy's girlfriend but they're down in Toms River.

wow we are building up quite a little group down in the New Brunswick area as of late... Jack I'm in North Brunswick so right in the neighborhood as well, so welcome to the area

 

BigDay, think I've seen you on the road before, Rt.1 I believe. Only blue 8' I've seen around here so its a good chance. Saw a yellow one on my way to the dealer when I was looking to buy the 6' so changed my plans and got the 8' instead. North Brunswick is just across the street from my work so I do drive through the town quite a bit.

chrism, definately will try to head up that way if you do hold the meet. I usually work nights (7pm - 3am), so hope you'll have it on the weekend.

 

seems to be a lot of 8's in jersey..haha i only see an 8 everyother week maybe..well unless i go to a meet..then i see liek 10 in one day :p

 

i would definately be doing it on a saturday.....most likely in the near future

 

I don't know how common 8's are in NJ, I rarely ever see one. None of the cars I buy ever seem to be common cars. Last two cars I had was a 97 240SX and a 02 Stratus R/T, see a million Eclipse GT but rarely the Stratus version.
