there is a picture here with a rx8 with lambo doors. He has a brilliant black with the rmagic kit and some chrome rims. Pretty sick, can't find the link tho, might have to dig it up he's not from the states though.

yup, all these guys that are following this trend now are going to regret it down the road, it's always better to set trends than to follow them. To me the whole lambo door thing is an "in the moment" type mod, it's all cool and whatever for a short while then it drops off the face and you're left with stupid looking doors. to me this car doesn't scream otu for radical mods such as this and plastic pieces jutting out from everywhere, this car seems more likely to look badass with subtle changes, litle things here and there to accentuate what is already a gorgeous design. All these people that come on here and scream about lambo doors are taking the focus away from the vehicle and putting it on the doors, same effect with people who buy loud *** wheels or people who put stickers all over their cars etc.. seems like such a waste to me but if you want people staring at your doors and not your ride go for it, just remember that it's not something that's easily undone if you change your mind or it gets played out later 
(personally I would spend that money on shaving the handles and doing some performance mods or something, but that's just my opinion)
