Is it possible to wire other things up to the navigation screen, like a PS2?

 

I have seen threads where they wire up xbox systems to the factory navigation. Do a search and you should find the info you need.

Does anyone know if the iPod Photo outputs it's user interface (menus and song information) to it's s-video port? That's something that I would love to see on my Nav screen.

 

That would be sweet. I'd love to finally have the song/track ID show up with the album art on the display.

 

I started a thread about this several months ago when ipod photo specs were leaked

unfortunately it does not...only provides an out for slideshows...so it is useless

u could though mount a camera on the screen which could dispaly it...but would be a ghetto and expensive option...much better off with the Iriver or Creative video/mp3/picture players with full video out...much more options and displays on screen

now just need to mount the remote properly...ie make buttons on the steering wheel
