Stock Muffler W/Test pipe or Hi flow cat w/o resonator

Anybody have any sound clips? Just want to start a little sound at a time. I would like a "little" more Rotary audio, and wonder has anyone started from the cat first?

I've got the test pipe and resonator from Canzoomer. It's noticeably more raspy from 3k - 5k. Sorry, I don't have any sounds files of it to share at this time though.

Video with hi flow cat and stock exhaust (SR Motorsports - no resonator)

Video with same high flow cat and greddy exhaust

With the stock exhaust the note is raspy/tingy. Personally I did not care for it that much plus it would also sound like the exhaust was vibrating. With the after market exhaust the note is much lower and MUCH louder. Not sure how much this comes through ont he video.

Can't really tell on the stock w/hi flow cat. With the Greddy, that's loud...I guess there are flames too.

Can you imagine go to a board meeting, the boss sez he'll follow you to lunch, you bounce flames off his "baby" Jag

I have yet to knowingly shoot flames. The boss has a CLK500 and I don't think he would like that.

Honestly, with the stock exhaust it is just not that much louder, you notice it at WOT but that is about all, personally I did not care for the tone with the stock exhaust.

I got the B&B midpipe w/resonator and NO cat.Im just using the stock exhaust and it sounds great to me.The pipe rubbed on my cross member brase and raddled and made it sound like crap, but I fixed it now and sounds much better.

So no too loud "in the car"? I'm not concerned about what outside sound like, I never there to listen!
