Ha. We've been talking about this on the subaru forum.
If you're not running a non modified (ie: totally stock) RX-8 in T1, we don't have a chance against an EVO/STi in GT1.
The STi/EVO will be able to run R-Comps, up the boost any amount by mechanical means, and run a fuel cut defender, and still stay in GT1.
The points are from Skidpad, dragrace and auto-x (roadcourse). An SCCA Stock prepared 8 doesn't have a chance in heck against that kind of car in those conditions.
Add in the fact that it's $100 per day.... I'm not doing it.
