check out shades over in hurst, alta mere usually has good choices and then you can check with solar scape. there is an artech in euless that should be good. i used to manage two artechs a few years back so if you want some help on judeging the job let me know.

i'm just waiting a few more months until i get my window tint. guess i need to have my car first before i even consider doing anything else to it!

 

Coop04, he's a Dallas guy. He helped me with my tint, but I don't know if you'll get a bunch of choices or not.

 

Ive gotten two cars done at Pro Tint in Dallas. They charged about $220 to do there highest quality tint on my entire RX8. They have alot to choose from as well.

 

Hey maybe we can find someone that would be interested in doing a group discount. With Jenkins, Mr. ED, and myself all wanting tint, maybe we can hook something up if all three of us agree to go to the same dealer at the same time. Just a suggestion.

 

Altamere (sp?). They have a shop in Plano. Both Ajax and me have oue 8's tinted by that company. I am very happy with mine. Can't recall cost, I think it was about $200. Whatever you do...get good tint!! Don't cheap out. You will regret it.

let me go by my friends shop tomorrow and see if he still works there...he used to be one of my tinters back in the day. if i can find hime he will do all of our cars with whatever tint we want for a damn good price. the only downside is that it isn't warantied. but you can get illegal tint and would only cost you around $150 or so. i'll have to check though.

 

I can check with my friend too, he did mine and Dazy's, he will warranty it, The cost would be close to that 150-200 range. he might do illegal, he did mine that way, but I am not sure if he wants the hassle of it coming back from someone else. He uses really good film so he has no problem with the warranty. Let me know if anyone is interested.


EDIT:
OK I just checked with him he said $149 for legal and $200 (@$$ covering fee) for illegal. Lifetime Warranty on Legal, none on Illegal. Like I said he uses really good film so even if you choose no warranty it should be no problem.

Also he said he would do all of them at the same time, he preferred that actually, but he needed a heads up about when you all wanted to come in. He stays pretty busy with dealership cars.

That's about 5 minutes from my house... And I make the drive to Rack Daddy's every Tuesday so it can't be that far! Or, I guess I could be just completely insane for driving that far every week

Well I was waitng to hear from several people at once to get them all in at the same time... My friend does dealer cars all day and he needs to schedule a time for everyone, so all together would work better for him. He is there saturdays and all week.
