Smile Sunlight Silver Reflective Tint

Hi All,

Check out these pics of my Sunlight Silver 8 with Reflective Tints. It am amazed at how well they suit the silver. These pics are a few months old. I have since added a spoiler and fender strakes. I will post new pics of the 8 with the spoiler and strakes later.

My new year's resolution is to drive it more. I bought it in August of 2003 and have just hit 8,700 miles.

Thanks!

ughh...sorry to be a hater, but I can't stand reflective tint.

I put it in the class of vehicle add-ons with those hub cap spinners...to each his own, though.

don't be a hater, i think it looks different and does not look bad at all, i do agree spinners are ugly. as long as he's happy with it then mad props to him.

I do not think the RX8 is a car that can pull off mirrored tint. There is just too much black trim around the windows to look good. On something like a silver Audi TT though, it looks sweet. To each his own, though.

IT looks pretty cool, I gotta admit I have the sunlight silver with double limo on the back three windows, dark on the front two, and a limo strip on the windshield...it looks niiice...but I do like the silver tint, my tint guy wanted me to do silver but i just had never seen it on a car...if I had i would have gotten it...mad props

I wanted silver reflective tints too. Darn. I have regular tints about 20 percent on my rear and rear sides. And a police is making me take of my front side tints... =[

It does suit the silver well.

Maybe I should put some gold reflective tint in my Lightning Yellow :D (jk)

Tint looks good slllygrl10, but those rims are what I kept lookin at. That may be the best SL silver 8 I've seen...

yes, rims make a really big difference. And so do tints. I was at my dealership today. My 8 was parked near another silver 8 and you see a big difference. Able to see in and across on stock, and able to see barely anything in mine.
