So far its been mild in NYC this winter and today was the day to put my snow tires on. Well the McGard locks work so well I could only remove 2 before the key stripped- lol. McGard rep stated they must of been installed using an air gun by the dealer, would you like to order a replacement key? I then went up to the dealer (for his master key). They took me in immediatly, and in ten minutes and a cup of coffee I was back on the road. There locks were replaced with oem lugs. Gee if I would of had a flat who would need the spare tire kit. Anyone else with a similar problem?

 

Not to me personally, but a friend of mine had a stripped key that Mazda messed up. He had to take it back in to let them know.
