I installed snowtires without the TPMS sensors on the rims. Now the TPMS flashes. Is there a way to turn off the TPMS?

 

NOPE, There are many threads about this, The search feature is very usefull by the way and covers many questions that you might have about this car. The link below is what I did. There is an other DIY that claims to show you how to disable the light but no other members have posted that it has worked for them.
