Per RB there are no park plugs available besides the OEM NGK.

Generally it is best to use plugs from the same country of manufacture. This is because the engineering staff and development staff will most likely have joint discussions and engineering. Especially with the RX8 use the NGK. If Mazda had recomended a Nipondenso I would also use them. For a American product use AC, Autolight, or Champion. For a Europen product use Bosch. Other plugs will just do a educated guess cross reference.

Yeah. It's still a valid question though. Maybe I should just move this into the new member subforum.

Actually, Denso DOES work better than NGK, they last longer(much) and works better, it's just that most people got f off by it's higher price tag. (if stock NGK is not expensive enough!)

Try it, then you will know what I mean.

Someone I know just tried the Brisk plugs. They are not built correctly and will not screw in all the way.
