I took my car in yesterday and got it back today:

1. M flash
2. Believe it or not, they fixed my squeaky seat... man that was annoying
3. Fixed rattle underneath my dash
4. Topped off all fluids and did a routine check
5. Ordered parts for brake squeak and scratches on the back of my seats.

If you live in Lubbock, Texas, I would recommend using Mears Mazda/Volvo. Very good service and they take care of all my little annoying things that happen to the car.

And for those of you with the squeaky seat, dont put up with it and let your dealer tell you thats just how it is. IT CAN BE FIXED!

 

Glad to hear that you were treated fairly. It is comforting to know that there are still some decent dealerships out there.
