if you mean a-planned as in like the discount thing then no you aren't the only one, b/c as we understand it, none of the discount plans apply until 2004? it's been discussed in a few other threads and people have called in and asked mazda about it.

 

Especially on the cars debut. I don't think dealers would give that much of a discount off the bat.
