Stupid Dealer Put In Tooo Much Oil

Got an oil change two weeks ago. Checked the level today and **** the dip stick is wet way past the max line.. Oil looks dark too for a change two weeks ago.. Who do I kill first and what does this do to my "Pride and Joy" ?

When did you check it? Please tell me the car was cold and on a flat and level surface.

Happened to me I saw 5 quarts on the bill thought I was ripped off when I checked it after 1000 miles it was still past full. So I realized I was not ripped for oil only for bad service. Anyway the 8 is still running great 3000 miles after so no apparent harm done but I'm hanging on to the bill if evedence becomes neccessary. Oh yeah doin my own changes too. Met at last Sundays meet and my 8 buddies decided to check my oil... It was over but not by all thattttt much.. I went hmmm .. am I going crazy ? I know it was over by more..
Told me why the oil was black.. they can't drain it all.. Not sure what to say now....
Think most dealers have no experience with 8s.. happy I got the extended warranty.. paid $2145 CAD for it... around $1600 USD ..way less than list ...
