Blue Mazda speed brake pads

Interested in getting the Mazda Speed brake pads for my 8 (they are on finishlineperformance.com, listed as 144 per pair.)
Anyone have these..how much to install?
Are they visible and how do they look?
Just curious....

Have you already worn yours out? If you do decide to get these, make sure you bed the pads properly and they will work great.

I have seen them installed on a forum members 8. They show blue if that is the desired aesthetic effect. However, the same forum member that installed them said Hawks are a better value.

TheDosDog is right again - Hawks are better. I think Racing Beat sells them. AS for bedding brakes, just Google the term "bedding brakes" It should return lots of sites with how to do it, which I won't repeat here.

do 10 90% stops from 20mph, 10 from 40 and 10 from 60 to properly break in (bed) the pads. youll have a lot of smoke and smell, dont worry about this. itll heat them up properly, which allows the compound to bond properly. you want to do this w/in a day or two of installing them
