just out of simple curosity, what makes needing the clear corners urgent? Is there a new TSB out predicting rotary failure with continued use of the the stock orange corners? Why hasn't my dealer contacted me about this?

The electrical circuit of the OEM orange light bulbs will cuz a problem to the Xenon system. It was becuz the circuit was not independent which was supposed to be after the M flsh and the wire itself was an ugly job which connected to the main frame. THe longer OEM corners u stick with the easilest your Xenon light will burn out. Remember the Xenon blub wasn't cheap. Besides, the majority of the 1st generation of RX8 with the old flash's electircal circuit wasn't equally distrubed to these parts. So good luck to u if u stick with your OEM corners.

I agree that on some of the colors clear corners are a must...silver, Titanium and Blue but on the others I don't see it being such an issue.....On Velocity Red I prefer the standard color.
