I'm from Sheboygan Falls. Believe me, the 8 is VERY rare around here. Until about a month ago, I hadn't even seen one besides mine. I've seen another blue and a titanium. You'd have the first black one around here.

Winning blue, Greenfield. The only other one that I've seen was right around where I live, and it was a red...I have yet to see another blue out on the road.

 

I had my red one up at the Mayfair mall last week....will be up there next saturday as well.

 

Damn...I saw a silver one in Plymouth today. I got mine in February and didn't see a single one around here until a few weeks ago. The silver today makes three now. The uniqueness of my car is fading! Just kidding. It is still rare enough where I have to answer questions almost every time I'm at the gas pump, and it still gets looks like you wouldn't believe. I still see people walking down the street and when I drive past, I see them in my rear view mirror turning around and checking out the car. I'ts great! :p

I see two pretty regularly in Milwaukee. One blue with a black bra and Packers liscense plates, also see what I think is the same silver once in a while. I'd imagine most of the 8s are out in the burbs.

No bra. I'm a pretty pale white kid, so I'm hard to miss behind the wheel.

 

Not you I've been seein then. It's actually kind of a shame what the one I've been seeing has done to the car. The gold liscense plates look hideous and then add the black bra and the car kind of looks like a mess.

 

gold license plate holders? EWWWWW. Never been able to understand what some people do to their cars for the sake of mods. The best place to catch me is either in Oak Creek, where I work or at Road America. I 'm planning on tracking my car quite a bit in the upcoming year, with the F-Body club. It would be pretty cool to have some people to come with me, even if they don't have an RX-8.

 

You should head up to Miller Park for autox come spring time. GLD will probably have another Rallyx or two as well, those are always fun just to spectate at even if you have no intention of running.

 

Well, I think that my car is pretty decently setup, RB front/rear sways, SS brake lines, SS clutch line. Any other recommendations if I do want to autocross my car?

 

I've had my black 8 for just over a year here in Milwaukee. I've seen a few around the eastside where I live (blue w/bra, silver and red). I saw another red one today on Capitol and still jump around when I see another one.

 

I must not ever be by anyone else in Milwaukee that has one. I have seen 2 to date, different colors and very different sides of town. But we should plan a Milwaukee get together after the winter to see everyone and see whats going on.

Had my BB 8 for a couple months now. I'm in the southern suburbs of Milwaukee (Franklin, to be precise). Just wanted to say hello to all the other 8 owners in the area.

All Wisconsin folks are always invited to our Chicago-area meets. BlueRen shows up pretty regularly ... a lot of our meets are up in the northwestern burbs if you're up for a little drive.
