I did mine on my 02 Civic Si a few years back. Not very hard to do at all. I'm thinking about doing the rears....Not sure if the LED's can stand the heat from a heat gun or an oven.

I'd like to see that cgrx. I was thinking of tinting the taillights lenses, but am a bit hesitant.

I may have someone local that restores/paints Supra lights do them. (I have no time) Just need to find out if the LED's can with stand the heat needed to soften the glue. I've Pm'd a few people.

i think the LEDs can withstand the heat... i use to solder LEDs on PCBs and the solder gun gets very hot... and touching the leads of the LEDs with the solder gun don't melt it... so i guess it can with stand the heat...

I painted the inside of my 02 Cougars' headlights. If you are seriously considering it, just be very careful when you crack open the headlights/taillights. It is not fun trying to find out where the condensation is comming from and fixing it. Aside from that, being that we have HID's, it you messed the headlight up, it would not be a cheap fix.

Give him a break!! It took him a while to come up with something.. But, that member yushinrt did his headlights and ended up crashing his car or something. Also, I seen some pictures from a meet that another member (06carbon8) who got his done, but never posted a DIY or any close up pictures of the finished product.
