With all the horror stories about dealer service, I would like to post a good report- I went to my dealer for my first oil change and they did a good job! The right oil, filled to the right notch on the stick, no oil on the engine and they cleaned the interior and washed the car.

 

Great. My first oil change is coming up. When you say the "right" oil, I assume you mean the recommended 5W20. I'm a little concerned b/c my Mazda dealership uses 5W30. Don't understand why they would use something different that what they're supposed to. Wonder if I should demand the correct weight?
