i was just wondering if someone could provide me with the diameter of the gas lid. yea, it's an odd question but i'm planning to put a decal on it and i would like to know just how big i can go with the decal. thanks in advance.

 

sorry...i don't technically own one yet...(its due the 22nd of this month) so until then, can i get some help please.

 

It's an oval 7.25" wide by 6" high according to my quickly-taken measurements just now. I presume you mean the lid cover which opens to reveal the gas tank lid proper.
