i just baught a new rx8, and i love it. it is finally mine! but the cool part is that it came with a set of black chrome wheels. everyone thats seen them loves the wheels. and i think they are ok for now. maybe change them later on. so i guess its a new option. but i got lucky

I think the black chrome wheels from Mazda would look cool on my Lightning Yellow RX-8. Any body have theses wheels who can give an opinion? Rosenthal Mazda is asking $390.00 ea. and Mazda will rebate 20% of that. My local Dealer is asking $600.00 ea. he marks all Mazda accessories up 20%. Here's a picture of the wheel.

 

I would use these ceters which I have on the stock silver wheels.

I have never been a chrome fan. But those black chrome wheels look fricking fantastic!! Wow can we have a few more pics of black chrome??

Any clue on the cost of trading in stock for black chrome? Can the stock wheels be coated? I have a Ti...I'm thinking black chrome on my Ti would be the perfect offset. I feel like the stock wheels look like soft silver paint against the titanium.

Edit: Man the more I look at that third pic the more I'm drooling. That's hot
