What do you guys recommend to use when cleaning the non leather parts of the car? Like the dash and etc...

Is the dash stained? If not, I just use a damp microfiber towel to wipe over the dash. I use the towel I just finished drying the exterior with. Then, after it dries, I go over it with a California mini duster. Once a month, I use 303 Aerospace Protectant for UV protection. When I'm feeling particularly industrious, I get the old vacuum out and go over it with the duster attachment.

Haven't really had to use anything cleaning product on the dash yet because there hasn't been any staining or dirt.

I just started using Einszett Cockpit Premium. It leaves a natural finish. NOT Glossy and greasy. It looks like therre is nothing on it. If you want more shine try the Einszett Tiefenpfleger (pronounced “Tee-fen-flee-gar”) . It cleans and protects.

I just use a damp cloth to wipe everything off., then use Zaino Z10 on all surfaces.
