128 mazda .. best kept secret

Wow , I gotta say the service from this place is AMAZING ! , I heard about their service and drove 40 miles and towed my rx-8 (Flooded) just to get service from them and man was it worth it.

Mazda gallery told me there was a waiting list and Quirk ... well I don't even want to deal with quirk , their service sucks. So I took the rx-8 to 128 mazda ... man their service area is huge ! , they also gaurantee that most work will be done the same time. and theres no appointments, so first come first serve basis , so I brought the car in at 7 (40 minute drive) and arrived around 8. They did all the recalls , changed oil , flashed it M flash no problem and de-flooded my rx-8 and told me I could pick up the next morning. Very good service. You guys that have been getting service from mazda gallery or quirk should check out 128 , it's worth the drive if you live around where I live and have no choice but mazda gallery and quirk , definitely worth the 40 min drive.

That's a pretty good compliment. I haven't taken my car in to any dealerships to service yet and 128 is the closest. This is something good to hear indeed. Did they give you a rental car since they asked you to pick it up the next morning?

I've been going here for service for 3 years and they are the absolute best. George is my guy and he always takes care of me. Timmy is the only mechanic that works on my cars and he is the best. I would recommend this dealership for anyone when it comes to service.

Looks like i'm gonna be going there for my next service as the Mazda dealers around my area are run by monkeys.

They were good for the first 2 times I went... they sucked the last time I went. Denied me service because my car was modded! Went to Mazda Gallery instead. Alot better!

As the offical guy that can speak on Gallery. They are nice but stupid at the same time!!!!!!!
I might give 128 a try when I have another issue or need service. But right now there is a dealer in RI I am gonna go for since someone in RI has stated he's never had a issue and gave him a heads up I believe about the recalling coming up.

thanks for the update, I did buy my car there, which was a bit of a nerving ordeal. Will be heading there shortly for multiple recalls.

does anyone else still have a little bit of air flowing out of the defrost when just the feet are selected?
