Car on Crack

I noticed that the front defroster button is cracked. If you look at it casually, it looks like a hair or scratch. Until you stick your fingernail into it and it separates.

it's only 2 weeks old! Not a way to start a day.

The list of things it's got to go back in for keeps gettin longer and pissing me off.

There's a TSB on this.

Thanks for the info...but that's not the problem.

It's not a dial-control. And it's not coming off, it's cracked...as in wacked with a hammer.

The same thing happened to me! There's a crack running diagonally through the front defroster button on mine as well. I'm taking it on friday to get it replaced when I get my center armrest replaced as well. Everything's covered under warranty, so just go and hassle.

Thanks moRotorMotor...that's the problem exactly.

Actually mine looks just like TDS's switch (page 1) I talked to the dealership this morning and I'm taking in tonight so they can review and order the right part. They already said that they would take care of it.
