WE DID a few runs today to test my car out with my buddy,THESE WERE ALL DONE ON A NO TRAFFIC ROAD PLACE, NO CARS NO ONE! OK MAYBE FOR A FEW FRIENDS .MADE 5 LAUNCHES AT 3500 TO 4000 RPMS ACURA TAKES ME BY 1 AND A HALF CARS AT THE START WHEN I WAS IN 2 GEAR I START CATCHING HIM BY 3 GEAR HES IN BACK BY 5 I HAD HIM BY AT LEAST 3 CARS ALL RUNS WERE THE SAME IN WHICH THE LAST one i LOST BY 4 CARS I GOT TO HAPPY AND LUANCH AROUND 7000 RPMS MY CAR JUST SPUN AND DIDNT GO NO WERE. my cars mod.are nothing big stage 1 and racing beat exhaust.dont ask for what flash iam using because i dont know bought my car in december of this year.again this WAS NOT RACING OR PUTTING ANYONE AT RISK No ONE WAS AROUND!!! BY THE WAY WHEN I INSTALLED THE STAGE 1 I DIDNT FEEL A DAM THING ,,the truth will tell when i dyno my car in the following week or so i was suppose to do it last week but got busy at work.

Ouch, my head hurts. Sorry, but the way you typed your message is kinda hard for anyone to understand. Can you clarify something though, did you run a CZ off and on setup to see how good or bad you win or lose to the acura? Did you redline every gear? Even up to 5th?

 

yep redline all the way to 5 gear until i heard a beep.when i turn it off he was right next to me i still pass him by half a car. sometimes just by a fender.

 

maybe not... dynoing is becoming more unreliable with the increasing amount of computer controled / monitored parts.

You are talking about 4th gear redline that you had to shift to 5th after that right? smrx8, I suggest you think, type, and check instead of doing all at once coz I think that's what's happening here. It's just hard to understand what you are trying to say here. I'm sure it's some cool info we'd like to know, but you need to work more on your writing skills rather than driving skills. No offense intended, just advising.

If you're saying you redlined at 5th gear at a pulic deserted road, then I sure wish you could tell us all where it is. We'd like to do runs there too :D

If you can't understand that don't try living in NC or SC :p. But it did give me a headache though. Bascially he is just saying that a CZ RX8 is faster, especially in higher gears.

 

4th gear redline is 126mph or so , go yuo! Stupid.
