Map Light?? NEED HELP!

I'm trying to replace the map lights with LED's but I can't seem to get the fixture out. I removed the two screws and tried to pry it out like the manual says, but it won't budge. It also sounds like I'm ripping something everytime I pull on it.... Anybody have success? Am I doing something wrong?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

THanks:D

Pull the front end (closest to the glass). It comes down about a full inch. Then start pulling the back end down. It took me about 30 minutes to get mine out the first time. After that, it's cake.
