Engine compression probably, likely need to rebuild the motor. Start with a compression test using a rotary compression tester. The other check engine lights are likely secondary issues but your primary is more than likely going to be your engine is toast.

First off, welcome to the forum!! I agree with the above in that a proper compression test with a rotary compression tester is the first step in your diagnosis. Those are typical signs of a low compression engine. There's no need to throw money at a weak engine in an attempt to fix other things. You will repair everything else while the engine is out.
