The original car's engine cylinder pressure was insufficient. Due to cost issues, I replaced it with a dismantled engine with better quality and cylinder pressure. After installing it, there is a delay of about 2 seconds before the speed increases when I step on the accelerator. The original engine did not have this problem. Now after the speed increases, it may stall even after the speed recovers. What should I do? I would like to ask for help from an expert. Thank you very much.
Mistakes made during installation. Reversed injector wiring, reversed ignition wiring, miswired intske valve solenoids, misrouted vacuum lines. Go over all your work again and make sure it's connected according to the shop manual
Also check OBD data for clues. Fuel trims, mass air flow on a warm steady idle should have a clue.
What killed the original engine? Are you reusing the ignition coils and catalytic converter? Have you verified they're all working well?
What year/trim was the replacement engine from?

Thanks for the professional reply.
[QUOTE=Loki;5005811]另外,检查OBD数据也能找到线索。燃油修正值、热态稳定怠速下的空气质量流量应该能提供一些 线索。
是什么原因导致原厂发动机熄火的?你还在重复使用点火线圈和催化转化器吗?你确认它们都运转正 常了吗?
更换的发动机是哪一年/哪款配置的?[/QUOTE
]My car is an early 2008 6MT. The dismantled car engine I replaced was also an early 6MT. The log data flow was normal. Later, the repair shop found that the fuel injector would intermittently not work. The repair technician said that the ECU might be broken. I have taken it to be repaired.

There are some unusual extra wires or vacuum lines around your motor. What is the line going from the left to right through the alternator bracket? Where is the oil neck vacuum line going? If it's not going to the intake, where do the 3 vacuum lines from the intake accordéon all go?
I don't see fuel trim data in the OBD data, can you point it out or see if you can add it to the display list?

Those pipes were installed by a mechanic. It was his first time repairing an RX8 and he had no experience. I think he damaged the ECU and did not disassemble and assemble the engine according to the maintenance manual.
is the throttle body the same old one or is new with the motor?
have you tried and put the original throttle body back on and calabrate your throttle pedal and throttle body.
see if this fixes your delay.
hope this helps.
