i know this isnt quite a proper answer to your question as i do not have any. i did make my own though. do you have access to a lathe? was pretty simple and the raw material is readily available on ebay or amazon

 

All good, any help is appreciated. I saw that another member made their own as well but I unfortunately do not have access to a lathe. I've considered stopping by some local shops to see if they'd be interested in helping me out but haven't brought myself around to doing it just yet.

 

RX8Performance was the last place that had them, but good luck there.

Just buy a new OEM one, somebody can use it to machine them.
