Possible Vacuum leak. Where should I look?

Have a CEL for lean condition and have had it for a good bit now. Car is heavily modified with BHR catless midpipe, single exit exhaust, air pump delete, AEM CAI, and OMP mod. Seemingly though, I have no mechnical symptoms, but the AFR and MAF numbers seem off. At idle (800-850 rpm), I'm at MAF 3.4-3.8, AFR 14.5-14.8, LTFT 22.66% Vacuum seems to be around 18in/hg. I'm about 95% sure that the VFAD nipple has been blocked, and the hose for the air pump also blocked. I think I might have a minor exhaust leak from where the air pump would connect to, as those bolts were bent slightly, but would that cause a lean CEL?

thanks for your help!

you may have a fueling issue because the car is adding lots of fuel and you are running pretty lean still.it may be this or you have a bad o2 sensor which isn't likely
