bogging down on low rpm + misfire in 1st rotar

Hey guys have done plenty of searching and reading similar threads, a lot of people report similar issues but nothing has worked for me yet.

So originally was driving and car bogged down and had sudden loss of power at low rpm, tried to get it home then it stalled at the lights and was hard to start again after that with a flashing CEL.

I replaced the coils (plugs done 5000m ago), have new leads arriving today. I have cleaned the AFM and ESS. (did both resets after this) - oh also added some injector cleaner in here (tank hasn't run through yet)

The car turns over easy enough and idle hunts around like crazy, no CEL on idle. I took it out again after doing the above and same thing, boggs down heavy under low rpm then as soon as it gets to around 4k power kicks in, once i shift to 2nd bogs down again and loses all power, when i upshift back to first its bogged down a couple of seconds then boom the power comes rushing back... CEL came back on this drive, still misfiring in 1st rotar.

Will do a complete vac line check next as on someone elses post it kept coming up.

Mate is bringing a compression test kit over tonight so i can check the compression, i really hope its not the compression though, is it possible that its low compression considering the power is there on high rpm?

Any other suggestions i am all ears, car was running fine prior to all of this.

Hey guys so i did several things, new coils, new leads, cleaned plugs, cleaned ess, cleaned maf, changed air filter, checked all vac lines, cleaned all electrical connectors. Throttle body was actually crystal clean... and now shes running better than before.

Believe it or not i think it was actually a fouled lead, one of the leads had a lot of corrosion on the plug end and the tail end of the plug had a little on it as well, this meant the lead wouldn't seat properly.
