So I’am rebuilding my rx8 13b 2004 engine and came to those bearings which was not huge damaged, so I decided to resurface them, I don’t know if it’s bad so tell me what do you think. Worst case I change them.
but can I use those in the picture as they are or should I replace them?
Is it just the light or are they worn down to the copper? I wouldn't reuse or resurface bearings, you might save $100 but you risk wrecking $4000 of engine parts.

yes it is copper, they was damaged so a resurfaced the a little. New bearings on the way tho where can I get the press tool from?
