I have an unusual bumper and I was wondering if y’all knew anything about it. It doesn’t seem like the radiators for the oil as much air as possible. Should I be changing something here? Also, should I be prioritizing and making sure as much air as possible is pushed through the radiator. Also, does anybody advise use of water weter?
That's a Mazdaspeed bumper, or a knockoff copy. Worth $$$$ if authentic, however it's supposed to come with hardware that fills those holes (like foglight mounts for example). Knockoffs have a lot of trouble getting the upper corner by the corner light to sit flush, that's a tell if it's real or not. Authentic ones will also have part number stamping on the interior surface.
You can spend an afternoon with a toothpick straightening the fins on the oil rads and then put a mesh screen in front of each. There used to be mesh screen kits for the regular bumper, not sure about Mazdaspeed

Spoiler
If you have an unusual bumper that appears to be affecting the airflow to your radiator, it could potentially impact the cooling efficiency of your engine. It's crucial to ensure that enough air is being directed through the radiator to cool both the engine coolant and the oil. Depending on the design of your bumper, you might consider modifying it to allow better airflow to the radiator. Prioritizing proper airflow can help maintain optimal engine temperatures and prevent overheating, especially under load or in hot weather conditions. Regarding water injection (often called water methanol injection), it can be beneficial for lowering intake air temperatures and reducing the risk of detonation in high-performance engines, but it's typically used in specific applications where additional cooling or octane enhancement is needed. Consulting with a mechanic or tuner familiar with your vehicle's setup could provide tailored advice on improving cooling efficiency and whether water injection is suitable for your needs.
