Weird bumper and radiator mods

I have an unusual bumper and I was wondering if y’all knew anything about it. It doesn’t seem like the radiators for the oil as much air as possible. Should I be changing something here? Also, should I be prioritizing and making sure as much air as possible is pushed through the radiator. Also, does anybody advise use of water weter?

No water wetter. Ever. On peril of engine death.

That's a Mazdaspeed bumper, or a knockoff copy. Worth $$$$ if authentic, however it's supposed to come with hardware that fills those holes (like foglight mounts for example). Knockoffs have a lot of trouble getting the upper corner by the corner light to sit flush, that's a tell if it's real or not. Authentic ones will also have part number stamping on the interior surface.

You can spend an afternoon with a toothpick straightening the fins on the oil rads and then put a mesh screen in front of each. There used to be mesh screen kits for the regular bumper, not sure about Mazdaspeed

looks like a Mazdaspeed front bumper cover or similar duplicate? It’d be ideal to block those open areas somehow someway.

Looks to be a replica Mazdaspeed front bumper. USDM Mazdaspeeds come with the plastic piece for the center inlet to cover the rebar.
