Summertime, and the living is easy...

Lost the 7 blade fan motor this summer, (open windings, not bearings) while this was going on. Glad I have 2 radiators.

250k miles on the fans, probably too much to ask, especially in AZ.

It's early for this, maybe we will see over 120 degrees this year!

How has your passenger side airbag cover held up in the heat? I have two cars that came from Virginia and one cover was trashed and the other is still decent. I replaced the trashed cover though.

Here in Ohio, its been pretty mild to start the summer. It was in the low 80's a couple times this week and today should be a high of 75 and sunny. I would take that heat over the snow we get here though.

It's cracked of course. Last year, at my house, we got a max temp of 119, and a min temp of 26. The car sits outside. That'll finish off a cover in short order. In the heat, the cracks are almost invisible, in the cold, it's about .125".

Here for 20 years, I love it. Heat over snow, (and salt) any day.

Probably going to get another FAL490 fan for this car, like my 2004. I think I might have an idea or two to kill the vibration and harmonics, if not the overall noise. Hard to beat the value with anything else.

When temps are that high, humidity in single digits. Not as bad as it seems.
Lived in Fl, can imagine the swamp moisture you deal with.

The worst was an NYC summer. Heat, humidity, smell of sewer and hot urine. Not going back!

I would love single digit humidity right now, walk out the house this morning at 5:45 and it is like a steamy bathroom.

The perception of heat increases dramatically with humidity.
