I just got a new to me 04 model car and I believe it has a bose stereo since it has the little bose badge on the door. My question is - do all of the bose stereos have buttons with multi disc cd changer options even if the car doesnt have a multi disc cd changer? Also where might i find such a cd changer if my car happens to have one.

 

The cd changer is built into the head unit. You can load 6 discs in there.
Yes if it says Bose you have Bose. And yes they all have the same buttons
