They probably made that video in response to the rumors over the last few years that Mazda is going bankrupt.

Here's an EV **** that claims Mazda will go out of business because they're not fully committed to making only EVs after 2030.

He could be right, but I think there will be a strong market for IC vehicles well into the future.
Especially in America where people still love their road trips.
Unless they invent EVs that can recharge in minutes instead of hours, as long as gasoline doesn't stay over $5/gal., people will still want the freedom of hopping into a car on a whim instead of being tethered to a power grid that can be taken down by natural disasters or other unforeseen events.
