When it comes to dealerships I tend to go off of google and yelp reviews. I looked at 2 of the 3 listed above and they seemed to have good reviews. Dig through the latest reviews, see if you can find references to a good service rep mentioned.
Next steps would be to outline your bullet points as to what you want done during your PPI. Call each dealership and specify the service rep if you have one. Chances are you'll leave a message so keep your request short, precise, and to the point.
Then compare your interactions between the dealerships you had conversations with and go from there. I can't recommend any since I'm obviously not in your area.. but this is how I've interviewed auto shops in the past and it has worked out well.
At a dealership as a potential customer you're simply a number, however you can establish a repour and get better service over time. But that will take work on your end... and this isn't limited to a dealership.. it's any business you wish to frequent.
Also keep in mind even for a PPI you don't need to use a dealership. You can use google and yelp to locate a Mazda mechanic in the area. A majority of the time Mazda tech's start their career at a dealership. Then as they learn they move into another shop where they are paid better, but keep their knowledge. I've used Miata mechanics in the past.. because the Rx8 is a fat Miata. With enough searching you can probably find a mechanic that not only fits your budge but also your location that is not simply a dealership.
