Try this? What do your eyeballs see?

Upon further reading, about 2 minutes investment, it appears possibly a grounding issue. Does the car have aftermarket junk installed such as sound system/lighting/other goofy crap?

It has music but I got rid of all that stuff awhile ago and the car never had a issue today was the day I officially took it out for a spin and soon as I got back the lights starting showing up making it hard to drive getting to like 3k the start to flash then at a stand still they all go away and then I get my power steering back tightened and checked all my better connections and there as tight can I can possible put them plus my battery is new
