Up for sale is a nice set of OEM MAZDASPEED Sideskirts. The paint as you can see is flaking in a few spots.

The skirts have no cracks or damage, the only issue are a few mounting tabs are secured by rivets and they are a little loose on a few. Could be left alone or you can easily redo the rivets too.

The black is Mazda 16W Black Mica

The grey is Mitsubishi A39

the description is a bit confusing; are they authentic Mazdaspeed skirts or are they OEM R3 skirts?

The Mazdaspeed skirts were sold through Mazda, but they were never OEM, at least not in the USDM. They were only dealer installed after shipment and delivery from Japan.

The R3 skirts were OEM on 2009-2011 R3 models, but also available as dealer installed as well.

These are the mazdaspeed side skirts. The R3 side skirts raise up at the front fender which makes them distinguishable. The mazdaspeed side skirts are also lower than the R3 side skirts. .

 

They are a OEM dealer installed option would that be less confusing lol

R3 Skirst look way different too and are more rounded then flush on the sides, they have more of body line on them.
