likely not since it didn't come with one according to their website, it does say powdercoating is $30 extra though

Tank is still available, no radiator cap as I did not purchase the tank in its early production (assuming it came or able to purchase) the closest I found was a mishimoto and moroso style cap to the original.

 

You can get any generic radiator cap from Autozone or somewhere and it will probably work just fine. Usually less than $10.

 

By the way thanks ended up messaging him and had him ship after you posted it. The matte red better matched the aesthetic I was going for thanks again. Sorry OP best of luck with the sale though.
