Fuel Leak Recall and Melted Venturi
Hi,
I'm planning on taking my 07 rx8 in for the fuel leak and pump discharge pipe recall. (1017E)
My OEM pumped died in 2011ish and I put in a dw200 and melted the venturi pop off as that was the practice at the time.
It's been running beautifully for 10 years... And one of the parts of this recall looks like it might replace this part. Is this part of the fuel filter body? It looks like part of the reuse section (page 6 of attachment) but I'd like to confirm if this recall will effect my current setup as I would hate to have to do it again. Or if they will make a big deal about it during service?
